The day after the previous post's Khoo Kongsi dinner was another Khoo Kongsi dinner, this time for a different branch of the Khoo Kongsi. This time the dinner was held at the Penang Ballroom of the Copthorne Orchid Hotel in Tanjung Bungah, Penang. Again, it was a traditional 8-course Chinese dinner.

Braised Shark's Fin Soup with Crab Meat & Bamboo Fungus.
Braised Chicken with Red Dates & Mushrooms.
Stir Fried Prawns with Szechuan Sauce.
"Steamed Red Lion with Angel Love & Wolfberry".
Fried Rice with Prawns & Chicken Ham.
I forgot to take photos of the vegetables and dessert.
