.098-Swez Brasserie, Eastin Hotel, Penang.

The previous Sunday before Chinese New Year, me and my parents decided to go have lunch at Eastin Hotel Penang, we called my granduncle and grandaunt along too. Swez Brasserie is the name of the coffeehouse in the hotel.

.097-tate cafe, Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok.

This is a nice little cafe located on Level 3 of the main terminal at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok. As me and my parents rarely go to Thailand, this is our second time to this cafe, the first being in April 2008 when we were there for a casting ceremony. Our family friend brought us here on both times and we decided to have our lunch here before flying off to Chiangmai.

LOL. I don't remember all the names of all of the drinks we ordered, but it some sort of smoothie, except for the second last drink, which is Thai tea, I believe.

Then here comes the food,

My Pad Thai.

Some sort of Tom Yam noodle soup.

Fried rice.

These wings are awesome!

.096-Chatuchak Cafe, Sofitel Centara Grand Bangkok.

Well, during the 2 days and 1 night that we were in Bangkok last October, we didn't venture out into the streets to look for food, simply because there wasn't much time and we were rushing here and there probably every minute. As we arrived in Bangkok, we visited a monk first at a temple by the waters somewhere in the suburbs of Bangkok, then we went to our hotel to have lunch. At night, because we were tired to go out and look for food (plus it was around 9.30pm BKK time), we had dinner at this same cafe. The next morning, before flying to Chiangmai, we had our complimentary breakfast at this cafe too. It is located in the lobby of the Sofitel Centara Grand Bangkok.

BREAKFAST;

Koko Krunch =)

Mmm....there is some bacon, sausages, a sunny side-up and lamb. Good thing is, all this food, non-halal. =)

This is something like Wan Tan Mee, but Thai style.

Thai coffee.

LUNCH;

Pad Thai.

Fried Koay Teow, Thai style.

Some sort of fried rice.

My French Onion Soup.

My Club Sandwich.

DINNER;

7-Up is always better. =)

My Tom Yam soup.

This again, is something like Wan Tan Mee but in Thai style.

My pineapple rice.

Another kind of fried rice.

.095-Thai dessert.

It's something like our Onde-Onde sold in Malaysia. Dunno the actual name for it, we found it on sale on the way to a temple in Bangkok. Bought some to eat.

.094-Kozue, Gurney Plaza, Penang.

Back in November last year, on the 22nd, me and my parents came to this restaurant for the first time. We found out that it was opened by a friend who used to work in Kirishima in Cititel Penang. The food was ok, not that bad. There are worse Japanese restaurants out there. It is located on the third floor of Gurney Plaza, opposite Kim Gary.

I forgot what this was. It was my mum's order. =O

Unagi Egg Hand Roll.

Some sort of fish.

Pork slices.

Unagi Roll with different toppings. The left one is Avocado, the middle one is Mixed Fruits and the right one is Mango.

Salmon in some sort of mustard sauce.

Japanese Curry Fried Rice.

Ham and Cheese sandwich.
