Daorae is a Korean restaurant chain that has outlets in Malaysia. There are two in Penang, as far as I know. One is in Bayan Baru and the other one is along Tanjung Tokong Road, somewhere near Island Plaza there. It is next to Petronas. And since I couldn't find Daorae on Google Maps, I have put Petronas Tanjung Tokong as the point to go when searching for directions. The food here is good, I think one of the better Korean restaurants in Penang.
The vent to absorb the smoke out from the BBQ.
Starter dishes, these are F.O.C.
The BBQ area.
I think this was chicken.
Pear juice. This is good.
Kimchi Fried Rice.
I think this was beef.
Some noodles, vegetables and beef in spicy soup.
I have no idea what this was. I didn't try it.
Some fried noodles.
Watermelons as dessert. F.O.C. as well.
Overall rating - 7.5/10.
